#940 - That damn pneumonia really knocked me out. I am getting back at and trying hard. Keyword is Trying. I can’t emphasize that enough. It absolutely matters in every area of your life.

Trying doesn’t have to be big. It doesn’t mean running a marathon or lifting heavy weights. Sometimes it’s simply choosing some type of movement. Sometimes it’s lending a hand, giving someone a ride, or showing support.

What counts is not letting a setback define you or derail what lies ahead. Keep showing up for yourself. Keep F’ING Trying!
