Mission

Catholic Phoenix is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization whose mission is to nurture the social, intellectual, and cultural lives of Catholics in the Diocese of Phoenix. We pursue this mission by sponsoring lectures, film screenings, concerts, and other events.

Catholic Phoenix began in 2010 as a group of friends sitting on a patio drinking bourbon and discussing the liberal arts. In short, we enjoy good company and good conversation centered around the highest things. True to our mission, Catholic Phoenix seeks to grow the moral, intellectual, and cultural lives of all Catholics in our local community. Sometimes it can be hard to find meaningful community and enriching events in the large and busy metropolitan of Phoenix, Arizona. Addressing this reality, Catholic Phoenix seeks to become a resource for local Catholics to grow their cultural and spiritual lives.
