Stress Management Workshop Fri 1/29 11:30a - 12:30p Hello SNA and welcome back to a new semester! We’re very excited to bring you a workshop on stress management next Friday from 11:30a - 12:30p. Dr. Sharon Zygowicz from our very own Gateway Counseling Faculty will be discussing school, life and work stressors many of us may be experiencing and ways to manage the journey, including resources available to students here at Gateway. Balance can be exceptionally difficult in these pandemic times but we’re not alone in our struggles, let’s get together and talk about how to be successful!
