Hashtags shouldn't be a mystery! Here are some tips on how to use them wisely.

-- While putting hashtags in the comments can make your posts look more "clean" but you can always leave lots of space between your post and your hashtags. On average, growing brands with less than 100,000 followers get more engagement with hashtags in the caption.

-- There are many different theories about the number of hashtags to use. Instagram experts in 2022 say to use no more than 15. But every brand and account is different so experimentation is key. Been using 30 for a while? Try using 15 for a month and see if there is a difference.

-- While a few years ago, using the top, popular hashtags helped to get more engagement... that is no longer the case. Now, Instagram is trying to categorize your content to show it can show the most relevant pieces to the right people. So make sure your hashtags -
