We’re moving — and we’re excited to share the news! 🎉
Starting February 2, Agave Chiropractic will be seeing patients at our new location, just about one mile from where we’ve been for the past 15 years.
The good news?
Our phone number, website, and online scheduling portal are all staying the same — only the address is changing.
Our new address is:

Phoenix, AZ 85018
You may notice that this location currently has a chiropractic office. As part of an exciting transition, the new owner of Agave Chiropractic, Dr. Zach Erickson, is merging two chiropractic practices and rebranding Dodie Chiropractic to Agave Chiropractic at this location.
We expect Agave Chiropractic signage to be up by February 2 to help avoid any confusion.
