Set in the heart of downtown, our first property, First Place-Phoenix, broke ground in December 2016 and is set for completion in spring 2018.

We can hardly believe a decade has passed since the groundbreaking of First Place–Phoenix in 2016—and that it led to the modern, supportive-living property that sits here today. You might recognize those with the shovels as First Place AZ/First Place Global Founder & President/CEO Denise D. Resnik, son Matt and husband/dad Rob. First Place–Phoenix serves as a beacon of community to individuals with autism and/or intellectual/developmental disabilities for decades to come!
