Belated but worth the recognition!

Back in January, we had the incredible opportunity to sit down for a roundtable lunch with Pat Martel, 102nd President of ICMA - International City/County Management Association, who generously shared her journey in local government and the lessons she’s learned along the way.

Pat’s insights and recommendations on how aspiring local government professionals can make an impact and pay it forward were truly inspiring. Her experience and wisdom served as a reminder of the meaningful work we do and the responsibility we have to uplift the next generation of leaders.
