With just 20 hours between the last tenants departure and the next tenants arrival it was a bit hectic.

But I’m grateful for this moment and memory. It’s not just a labor, but a labor of love with a greater purpose 👨‍👩‍👦

That’s an importance perspective to remember (especially when cussing under my breath at the never ending challenges, problems to solve, and spilled paint 🤓)

I’ve always been drawn to older/vintage things. They’ve got a quality about them that warrants appreciation in my mind.
