We asked our participants to share their story. Meet Jake! He began attending SEEDs for Autism in April of 2016. Jake shared, “SEEDs helped me get my first job in 2017 at a trampoline park. They helped me create a resume, go on job tours and fill out applications. We did mock interviews. SEEDs helped me transition to my current job selling 50/50 raffle tickets at Chase Field. I have been there since 2019.” Jake added, “I now come for socialization. SEEDs for Autism helped me learn valuable social skills and taught me how to make friends.” Thank you Jake!

You have a voice in how your community and country operate! Join the Vote the Spectrum Civic Education Workshops in the Phoenix area.

Designed for individuals with autism and/or other disabilities, these workshops are a chance to connect, learn together and explore how to take part in the decisions that shape your community.
This is a four-part series, and participants are asked to attend all sessions on June 11, 18, 25, and July 2 from 4:00 to 5:30 p.m. You’ll learn about your rights, how government works and how to take part in elections in a non-partisan, sensory-friendly environment.
