Every Sunday during Open Gym, we’re running a Half HYROX — your chance to practice the real race flow.
👉 Here’s how it works:
• Limited to 10 athletes each Sunday
• A coach will help you get organized and start the clock, but you’ll be running the workout on your own. Â
• Format: Half the HYROX race volume — the perfect prep for upcoming events
• Location: CrossFit Full Strength – 4633 E. Thomas Road, Phoenix, AZ 85018
