Limoncello Champagne Cocktail

• 1 oz Limoncello (lemon-flavored liqueur)
• Dry champagne or Prosecco - chilled
• Cointreau (orange liqueur) to taste – optional
• Lemon twist

Sugar the rim of a chilled glass – add the lemon twist and Limoncello – fill the glass with the champagne and add your favorite Peep garnish!

Shamrock Shaker
1½ oz. premium tequila
½ oz. sour apple liqueur
¼ oz. agave nectar
2 oz. lime juice

Combine all ingredients in a shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously, strain into a martini glass, and garnish with thinly-sliced green apples. Tequila, apple and lime may not be Irish, but it looks and tastes amazing!
