Chef Rene Andrade's Bacanora has now celebrated their soft opening at the corner of McKinley and Grand Avenue in the historic Bragg's Pies building. Limited hours to start. Some very delicious wood smells coming from the open flame grill in the kitchen (a mixture of almond, pecan and mesquite wood).

Several new Mexican restaurants, reflecting cuisines from different geographic regions, have now opened in the historic Grand Avenue vicinity over the last couple of years.

Big Event planned for the First Friday In April!!!

"Unhoused Awareness Art Exhibition"

We are asking everyone involved to contribute to the food drive. Entry to the public event is, of course free, but we are encouraging everyone to bring non perishable food, hygiene items or to organize a drive in your local neighborhood and bring what you have to share!
will be co-hosting the food drive and be a drop point for food up until the event.

We are going to have art displayed, and newly unveiled all along Grand from Roosevelt to Van Buren. There will be room for tables to display work, educate the community and to sell your personal work. We want to engage as many as possible to help make some positive change for the entire city.

The Auction will be administered by with 100% of funds going to direct material support for the Unheltered Community. Bud's will start once contributions begin and will end the night of the event.
