I've voted in elections in four states during my life, and never have I seen a ballot as long and complicated as the one we are faced with in Arizona this year. I take my voting seriously and make sure I understand each and every proposition (sometimes made more challenging by the wording where Yes means No and vice versa) and understanding major respective "for" and "against" arguments, as well as at least reviewing all the judges' "report cards" (a couple notable no-brainers because of blatant personal prejudices and biases on major issues).

Multiple sessions over several days and more than six or seven cumulative hours later I inserted both double-sided pages into my signed, dated and phone-numbered green envelope and sealed it. By then it was too late to mail so I will physically drop off.

It's none of my business who or what you vote for or against. But you have the privilege and duty as an American to make your voice heard. This year more than ever, your vote is important...every last one. Please, whatever else you do, vote.
