We are looking for a couple that would like to move to our ranch in Central Idaho and take up management responsibilities. We currently operate a medium sized cow herd and raise ranch horses. We also put up hay in the summer sufficient to feed our cows. We are not looking for a cowboy or horseman, we are looking for a cattleman that is capable of doing all aspects of ranching. We work horseback and on side-by-sides. We haul our own cattle, build our own corrals, do all our irrigation with center pivots. In other words we need a truck driver, welder, builder, and pivot operator as well as a good cowman. We are trying to slow down so we want someone ready to pick up the slack. We would prefer a married couple the enjoys working together. The house has room for a few kids if there is a family in tow.

A new executive order recently signed by Massachusetts Governor Maura Healey, the “Lead by Example'' Employer Talent Initiative, aimed to introduce skills-based hiring practices for the state's workforce.

This includes the Massachusetts Rehabilitation Commission (MRC), which took the order one step further and began internal discussions regarding limitations to how Certified Rehabilitation Counselors (CRCs) can identify themselves to clients.

In particular, concerns that Certified Rehabilitation Counselors may not be able to divulge their credentials to clients have been brought to our attention.

CRCC strongly advocates for a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor to be able to identify as such to clients. The CRC is integral to professional identity within rehabilitation counseling and the credibility of services individuals with disabilities receive.

CRCC has engaged the Massachusetts Rehabilitation Commission on the topic and is in contact with MRC Commissioner Wolf's office to work together to address these concerns.
