Message to our Clients:

For local home service businesses, Google Reviews are more than just valuable feedback to give insight to how their experience was and to let others know their experience. They also are a huge part of driving more business and building credibility to a business.

However, Google is in the process of using AI to be more strict on their review policies. And in the process, they are deleting countless of REAL reviews that our business has worked very hard to earn. They are deleting reviews for things such as: new google accounts/inactive users, surge of reviews (if we get a lot at once, which we may seeing how we do as many as 6-8 jobs in a day at times), or if the review wasn't descriptive enough about the experience...

We have been dedicated to delivering the absolute best service from start to finish and have earned our reputation. We never asked for reviews we did not earn, nor did we get people to review us that did not receive work from us.

That being said, I have a simple ask... If you have had work done by us and you left us review, could you confirm it is still up on Google? And if it is not still up, if you could kindly post another review over the next week and be descriptive as possible about your experience and possibly include pictures it would mean the world to us.

If you’re considering updating your brick or stone, here’s what you need to know about these three popular techniques:

🔹 Limewash (using Romabio Classico Limewash): A breathable, eco-friendly finish made from authentic slaked lime. It absorbs into brick or stone, creating a natural patina over time. It’s long-lasting, easy to apply, and can be removed within the first few days for a custom look.

🔹 White Wash: A diluted paint mixture that creates a light, faded effect while allowing some texture to show through. Unlike limewash, modern white wash is usually made with acrylic or latex paint, which isn’t as durable or breathable.

🔹 German Schmear: A thick mortar application that gives a rustic, Old-World feel. It adds texture by partially covering the brick, but because it sits on the surface, it can be prone to cracking or trapping moisture in humid climates.
