I can honestly say with no doubt or shame that I have been hiding behind a mask for my entire life. Ive never been one to do or say something because it made me comfortable or happy. I always just did things or said things that made others happy. Its time I take action to change this habit.
CREATE THE ENVIRONMENT YOU LOVE! Serve others, but act according to your own values, not societies. I personally try to creat values through the gospel. Whatever your way of creating your values are, do that and dont let others sway you off of that foundation.

Man I love fitness! Derek came in with the intent to become more mobile and lose some weight for paintball. The first time I met with him, he would have taken a few breaks in between these movements. Now he’s eager to get to the next movement and raise the tempo, I love it! I was talking with him just recently and he was telling me how he feels more energized throughout the day during all activities.
Its awesome how you can go into something expecting to receive one thing, but come out of it having learned and gained so much more.
