Hello my fellow Studio goers! A couple things to please take into consideration:

1. There is NO SMOKING OR VA**NG in the front of the building. WE WILL LOSE OUR LEASE and have to close our doors if we get one more violation
2. Please DO NOT lock the front doors during a meeting - fire code is all doors are to remain unlocked during "business" hours aka meeting times
3. PLEASE continue to enter and exit through the back door - is it a pain? Sure but it's better than getting a smoking-in-front violation and getting booted from the space
4. If you see someone smoking or va**ng out front please GENTLY remind them that they need to go around back so we DON'T GET A SMOKING-IN-FRONT VIOLATION.
5. Please do not lock the doors during a meeting
6. Please do not smoke out front.

Repetitive? Yes. But we are still hearing from the property manager about smoking in the front as well as meeting attendees not being able to get into the building during meetings.
