Formation Interests, Formation Park 17 demo is underway with Willmeng Construction! This unique project includes the demolition of multiple buildings to prepare for a new life as the first transit based business park, in Phoenix, AZ. Located at the I-17, the project is located directly across from the mixed use re-development of Metrocenter and adjacent to the Metrocenter East Light Rail Station. Demo is expected to take 3-4 months and construction is to start in August with an expected completion of Fall 2026.
Formation Park 17 will offer up to 200,000 SF with unique amenities, including direct light rail access, many new restaurant options, picnic and areas/green space.

Today we celebrate Dustin Chisum, Sr. Project Manager, as he hits an incredible milestone, 30 YEARS with Deutsch! Over his career Dustin has completed over 676 million SF of projects, fostering valuable long term client relationships that drive the firm's success! He is more than an awesome employee, he is a leader and a teacher, and always brings laughter and music to the office. We are so grateful for Dustin's mentorship and commitment.

The Hilton Family Holocaust Education Center, in Phoenix, broke ground. This significant project will be a memorial and source of education, honoring the past and bringing awareness now and to future generations. The facility will include a high-tech gallery with recorded survivor testimonies and three-dimensional interactive holographic images of survivors that respond to questions and share stories in real time.
Inspired, humbled and grateful do not even begin to express how we feel to be involved in such an impactful endeavor.

At a well attended and impressive ribbon cutting ceremony, NRS LOGISTICS AMERICA INC. has launched its operation in Casa Grande, AZ! Deutsch designed the "67,680 square-foot chemical warehouse, gas pad, ISO container storage yard and an ISO tank container maintenance facility. The facility will provide a range of logistics services with a specific emphasis on semiconductor and battery." We enjoyed being a part of this dynamic team!

It's a BIG Monday for Deutsch! May 18th marked our 44th ANNIVERSARY and today is the start of APWA Public Works Week!
Monday is all about People, Purpose and Presence. We took this opportunity to celebrate 44 years of diverse projects, in both the private and public sectors, and recognize our team the PEOPLE who do it all! We enjoyed a fun Mexican luncheon and talked about our legacy, our PURPOSE and our PRESENSE in the industry for all these years! From fire stations and aviation to advanced manufacturing and large scale industrial, Deutsch has left an indelible mark and we are grateful for the partners who helped us achieve this milestone.
