Why have I watched the sunrise every day for an hour over the last 6 months and spent as much time in the mid-day sun as possible even with a history of SCC in situ.

“dietary vitamin D supplements alone cannot compensate for the lack of sunlight. Any dermatologist who tells you this is committing malpractice, in my view. We now need cardiologists to reject the "dermatologist evidence" about the sun to look at the relative risks of heart disease and skin cancer in people who have received different amounts of sun exposure. Black swans know it will confirm that sunlight reduces the death rate from all causes because many other studies have already shown the effects. Humans who understand light will need to reject the medical paradigm's version of evidence because it is now crystal clear we ALL need to reconsider "the professional advice" that has been given on sun exposure as a falsehood misunderstood based on things never considered in the original studies done in the 1950s in dermatology.”

TODAY'S LESSON COMES FROM AN ANSWER ON MY PATREON BLOG. You should read what I lay down on Patreon, folks. For the cost of a cup of coffee a month, you get to rent my brain and read what it knows.

DNA microarray technology has become useful for evaluating global gene expression in UV-irradiated cells. What these studies have shown, however, has revealed that the belief that UV only hurts biology is dead wrong. 2 examples are as follows:

1. UV radiation induces the clustering of specific cell-surface receptors. It leads to the formation of GOOD reactive oxygen species (ROS), which result in the signal transduction of cell survival and proliferation.

2. UV radiation activates ATR-targeting proteins that directly contribute to the cell cycle checkpoint control and repair system, mainly in the S-phase. Upon UV irradiation in mammalian cells, ATR/CHK1 is activated, resulting in the phosphorylation of p53, leading to the transactivation of various p53-responsive genes. The p53-responsive genes, such as p21, are essential in cell cycle regulation to control apoptosis in mitochondria. The radiation of UV light controls human apoptosis decision-making.

This photocontrol system either sustains the UV-damaged cell or protects the UV-damaged individuals by inducing apoptosis of cells that are too severely damaged to be repaired. This is critical in avoiding cancers and not causing them. UV light completely controls the circadian clock transcriptome.

Let that FACT sink in deeply. Centralized experts are not experts in what matters. They are experts in the superfluous. Ultraviolet (UV) radiation of ANY TYPE induces various biological positive effects. When researchers performed transcriptome analysis using a microarray in human primary cultured fibroblasts irradiated with UV-C frequencies with a power density of 0.5 or 5 J/m2 and harvested the fibroblasts at 4 or 12 hours following UV exposure, something unusual happened to the centralized belief paradigm. Their transcript data was analyzed, and found that UV light is the dominant controller of the cell cycle. Imagine that.

They compared the corresponding results in non-irradiated (control) cells. The number of genes with significantly altered expression (≥2-fold difference relative to the control) was higher in the sample irradiated with the highest dose of UV radiation, suggesting that gene expression was utterly UV dose-dependent. The specific pathway analysis was more shocking. It revealed strong, powerful UV light upregulated circadian genes at the 12-hour window, indicating that the expression of MOST of the cell cycle-related genes was predominantly induced by UV light, and it was irrespective of the UV dose used. This hints that UV light is critical to excellent circadian health.

Interestingly, almost all the genes with significantly altered expression were cell cycle-related genes designated as ‘Mitotic Genes’, which function in the spindle assembly checkpoint. Therefore, even a low dose of UV MASSIVELY affects the transcriptional profile of mitosis. This data backs what Gurwitsch found in 1923 in his onion root experiments I mentioned to Huberman earlier this year.

INFORMED CONSENT: Through May 7th there have been 4,857 (more for Pfizer and Moderna) blood clots and strokes reported to the U.S. VAERS post- EUA experimental shot. Yes, temporally these events can occur naturally also. But the temporal association combined with the age stratified data and reading the reports of young healthy people developing clots/strokes tells a different story. According to the medical literature VAERS, a passive surveillance system, only catches between 1% and 10% of all the adverse events after vaccines. So the true number is 1-2 orders of magnitude off. 48,570-485,700. Under reporting is substantial. Scientific theory begins with observation but we are hamstrung from a broken passive surveillance system that grossly undercounts.

Home The OpenVAERS Project allows browsing and searching of the reports from VAERS without the need to compose an advanced search. VAERS is run by HHS and has collected Adverse Event data since 1990.

COVID is not a hoax, but the numbers are: A look at the first flu season with COVID 03/11/2021

When counting covid deaths, we need to count them like we do with the flu. Seasonally. When we do this, a more realistic picture emerges of what the true numbers are...

COVID is not a hoax, but the numbers are: A look at the first flu season with COVID The biggest killer of the 2019-2020 flu season won’t be COVID-19; it will be irrational fear and the illusion of control.

Silicon-rich mineral water as a non-invasive test of the 'aluminum hypothesis' in Alzheimer's disease - PubMed 02/10/2021

Clinical trial: 20% of mild to moderate Alzheimer's' patients showed statistically and clinically relevant improvements in their cognitive function just after 12 short weeks of drinking a silicon rich mineral water. You won't find ANY Alzheimer's clinical drug trial where 20% benefited from a pharmaceutical treatment. There isn't one. But that's where the research dollars go... So ditch the "walk's" for Alzheimers, support independent researchers such as Professor Exley at Keele University in the UK, and start drinking Fiji. Also highly recommend his recent book which dives deeper into the effects of Aluminum on our health: "Imagine you are an Aluminum Atom"

Silicon-rich mineral water as a non-invasive test of the 'aluminum hypothesis' in Alzheimer's disease - PubMed There has been a plausible link between human exposure to aluminum and Alzheimer's disease for several decades. We contend that the only direct and ethically acceptable experimental test of the 'aluminum hypothesis', which would provide unequivocal data specific to the link, is to test the null hypo...

Why chicken is killing you, and saturated fat is a health food, with Nina Teicholz 01/05/2021

Excellent video podcast on the failed/disproven 1950’s Ancel Keys “diet heart hypothesis”; that saturated fat is bad for you. And, why chicken (and most eggs) and pork are making you fat and wrecking your metabolism (because they are fed grains high in omega-6 fats/vegetable seed oils) at the level of your mitochondria and adipocytes/fat cells. Which you then consume in EXCESS compared to our ancestral history. Eat red meat, preferably grass fed, from restorative agricultural farms. If you want to be healthy you need to know what your food eats.

Why chicken is killing you, and saturated fat is a health food, with Nina Teicholz The second edition of The Carnivore Code (new cover and index!) is available for pre-order now! www.Thecarnivorecodebook.com release date is August 4th 2020...
