Introducing “Blue Louis,” a flute fit for a king. 👑🪈

Of the four glass flutes made by renowned flute maker Claude Laurent currently on display at MIM, this one is unique. Nicknamed “Blue Louis,” this cobalt blue glass flute was made for Louis Bonaparte, who was king of Holland. It is one of only a handful of colored glass flutes that Laurent made.
