You Pink Too Much

When you happen to sit next to and a ton of at graduation! 👩🏽‍🎓👩🏽‍🎓👩🏽‍🎓👩🏽‍🎓

I think this is my greatest sewing accomplishment to date!!! I have unsuccessfully attempted pants at least a half dozen times. I used S8056, but I prefer a flat front to a fly front, so I made that modification and added a zipper to the back. The fit was almost perfect. I made a couple of small alterations and I was good to go. I definitely will be making these many times over!

Long post ahead....

I’ve been a member of for a while. I’ve watched every lesson and applied all of the amazing things I’ve learned to my sewing journey. When I saw this wrap dress, I knew I had to try it out. The courses are built on one another and I was 35 courses in. 🤦🏽‍♀️ I went back, did the work and I COULD NOT be happier. This dress is based on my personal body measurements and shape which minimal tweaks were needed for this project. I’ve since gone back and I have more projects I’ll be posting as soon as Chunks gives me a moment or two.
