Only 3 ingredients, gluten free, just make them. 1/2 cup peanut butter, 1 cup almond flour, 1/4c maple syrup (or honey), mix, shape into teaspoon size balls setting two right next to each other, flatten slightly with a fork, bake for 9 min at 350 degrees, let cool completely, then smear a bit of peanut butter and stack. I suggest a quick sprinkle of sale when they come out of the oven. Enjoy!!
