Integrity Summit Quote of the Week
“Many people in their workplaces who cross the integrity line are doing it because they're trying to avoid 'pain' --they choose do something improper to avoid openly addressing some kind of a difficult issue...
“Leaders and their Teams need to find ways to take away the fear and pain of doing the right thing, of acting with integrity. Add pleasure by recognizing and rewarding acts of integrity. The payoff will be fewer troubling issues and fewer poor decisions. (‘Thank you, Tony Robbins!’)”

Integrity Summit Quote of the Week
“Let's talk about society and what too many workplaces are facing: the division, the vitriol, the hatred that's out there right now coming on all sides. That’s not integrity; it’s insane...
“Who do you trust? We strive every single day to not provide sensational type
headlines and conversations just for the sake of driving audience numbers...
(Editor Note: Audience size helps increase ad rates.)
“What we do at Bonneville --and every organization should consider doing--is stay rooted in fact, hear from multiple perspectives, and engage in a discussion that can elevate the dialogue and the discourse that is missing right now. That's integrity.”

Integrity Summit Quote of the Week
“Inventory paperwork covers a soldier for any financial responsibility if items go missing...
“In addition to my serving as a tank platoon leader, I was a 2nd Lieutenant and the company's supply officer. It was my job to make sure that all the inventory paperwork was in order...
“On the day of the inventory, we first traveled 100 miles from base camp to pick up new M1A1 tanks...
“But, I left all the inventory paperwork back at base camp...
“I told the company leadership the problem and that we would update the paperwork as the inventory was going on...
“It worked. No one got charged anything; everything was accounted for. Afterward, my commander pulled me aside, ready to rightfully chew me out-- after my self-imposed chastisement. He simply told me to never let it happen again, and it didn’t.”

Integrity Summit Quote of the Week
“Years ago, Queen Creek town officials came to Carrie and I and asked if we would donate kind of a large piece of land for their trail system. Land values then were a fraction of today’s values...
“I said, ‘sure’. I helped conceptualize and envision the trail system years before...
“Time passed, and all of a sudden, that land increased in value and increased in
value and increased in value and it became incredibly valuable--worth over $1,000,000...
“Do I stick to what we promised or do I say, ‘look, you know taxpayers are going
to enjoy this... They need to help pay for it’?... Integrity means keeping our promises—we gave the land...
“Choosing Integrity can bring unexpected rewards... the trails will be fabulous for
the Community. And as it turns out, we'll have a beautiful trail system right next to
Schnepf Farms...”

Co-Founded in 2011 by Jerry Colangelo and Gregg Ostro after Jerry challenged Gregg with, “what can be done about the lack of Integrity in today’s marketplace?” It was then that the annual Integrity Summit was born, and has been helping individuals advance their careers and businesses advance their success all while raising their own Integrity Quotient.
