Also heading up our team is Jimmy Polinori, long-time Phoenix Restaurateur and founder of The Culinary Composer whose cookbook "Kitchen Warrior" hits shelves November of 2013. We also bring you Jamie Burk, our highly talented and creative Cake Artist bringing you custom cake designs for your very special day!
