7 years ago today Pickles came into Jackie and my lives. To say challenging is an understatement. Our little street dog has turned into me into a more patient better human being. He turns my bad days around quicker than anyone can. No better day than driving down the road as he’s hanging out the window rocking out. Can’t wait to build your house!

Happy Holidays from Phoenix. For several years we’ve been working on bringing the future of housing to the Phoenix market using recycled shipping containers . Our latest offering is our ADV (Accessory Dwelling Vehicle). It’s a 240 sq/ft solar equipped off grid studio apartment. This is our prototype & we just parked it in on some dirt we own in the Phoenix mountain preserve. It is fully stand alone or can be connected to sewer/septic or generator/shore power.
