Victory for the Louis Emerson House and Evans-Churchill neighborhood in downtown Phoenix. Arizona State University and the Arizona Board of Regents have agreed to withdraw their lawsuit to seize the 124-year-old home from its owner. ASU says it will revise plans for its downtown ASU Health campus to accommodate the historic property. https://buff.ly/Oki1tFC
