⭐ Why You Should Skip Chewing Gum After a Root Canal:

Chewing gum right after a root canal can put too much pressure on the treated tooth—especially while it’s still healing and protected with a temporary filling. Sticky gum can pull that temporary filling out, increase soreness, and even risk damaging a tooth that hasn’t been fully restored yet.

For the best healing, avoid gum for a couple of days (or until your permanent crown is placed). Your tooth will thank you!
