Legacy Church

Our Story

Pastor Buddy Watts dreamed of planting a church with a simple goal – to help those who are far from God realize that they don’t have to be. With the help of the Dream Team, 35 people committed to seeing this dream become a reality, Legacy Church began on January 26th, 2014. That Sunday, in spite of a level 2 snow emergency, 118 people attended the first service at Wi******er Trail Elementary School in Canal Wi******er, OH.

From the beginning, Legacy Church has focused on bringing people closer to God and each other. Legacy is truly a family, one that loves #EverybodyAlways, pushes each other towards Jesus, and serves the community with one big joyful heart.

As of late we have some exciting news... We’ve moved! Since October 14th, 2018, we have been loving our more permanent location in Pickerington, Ohio. We could not feel more blessed and excited for all that God will do through us in this new space. We can’t wait to serve, grow, laugh, believe, and worship Jesus here!
