One has to wonder how much Big Tech is contributing to the Ohio Chamber of Commerce behind the scenes to push this narrative.
If they have concerns or ideas regarding legislation, they have my number and are always welcome to call directly. Productive dialogue and collaboration are far more beneficial to Ohio businesses than spending your membership resources on unnecessary public conflict and misleading advertisements. Misleading constituents does a disservice to both my district and the legislative process.
Ohio’s business community is best served when stakeholders work with the General Assembly, not against it.
If you have thoughts on these ads, feel free to contact Steve and Rick at the Ohio Chamber: 614-228-4201.

Proud of Jack for making it official today and signing to continue his academic and lacrosse career at Muskingum University!
A lot of hard work, long nights, tough practices, injuries, and dedication went into this moment. Nobody handed him anything and he earned every bit of it.
Sorry I couldn’t be there in person today because I was down at the Statehouse in session, but I was proud all the same. Excited to watch this next chapter and see what’s ahead for him at Muskingum. -Jeff LaRe

Too many violent offenders are being released back onto our streets while victims and families are left wondering where the justice is. That has to change.
HB 741, the “Ohio Holly Act,” is about putting public safety first by tightening bail rules for violent offenders and giving judges stronger tools to keep dangerous criminals off the streets while they await trial.
This legislation is about accountability, protecting our communities, and standing up for victims instead of revolving door justice.
Ohioans deserve to feel safe in their neighborhoods. I’m proud to provide sponsor testimony alongside my joint sponsor, Rep. D.J. Swearingen.
