I know it’s been a hot minute- I’ve been really quiet on here! Hopefully in the next week I’ll have an announcement as far as where this whole page and endeavor is going, so stay tuned 😎💪🏻

It’s been forever guys!

As most of you know, I have 3 jobs outside of teaching classes at the gym. To be very frank, no one was coming during the summer so I stopped teaching, because what’s the point of no one is there? Now that winter is here and less people are outside, will we have more interest?! I’m curious to see! Comment on here if you’d be interested in coming again to get some excercise and endorphin boost during these cold depressing months 🤣🖤
