Nato Tarkhashvili - piano

My name is Nato Tarkhashvili. I was born and raised in the country of Georgia (not the state!), in Tbilisi, the capital city where I was taking piano lessons for 11 years. I hold a degree of piano teacher from Georgian college where I played compositions of Bach and Chopin. I can also play the acoustic guitar but only a few songs.

I think the goal of a piano teacher is not just to teach a student how to play the instrument, but also to teach them how to love music. This love usually lasts forever and shapes a student’s taste and life in a positive manner.

I am married and have one daughter. I always wished her to play the piano, but she chose guitar.

I work at the state health department and hold PhD degree in public health (epidemiology). However, my love of music brought me here, to Pierre Music.
