The good news is that condo prices were UP 7.6% across Miami in January and February compared to last year.

The challenge is that with the number of closed sales falling another 15% to start the year and new listings up 11%, many neighborhoods and price-ranges now have over two years of inventory which is causing many condos to sit on the market longer and longer with little activity.
