GJR Properties RV Resort

We have been asked many times to clarify our location. The map below notes our location in proximity to surrounding businesses and the popular Rim trail. We are NOT located at, or next to, the public access to the trail head. We have a significant buffer of land between the resort and Camp Tatiyee. We are on the opposite side of the public access to the Rim trail from Camp Grace. We are NOT visible from HWY 260. To follow Town code and minimize the impact on residents of Vallery Lane, the resort will sit at least 150 feet from the property line and have a fence barrier. To demonstrate this visually, we posted a red tarp, the size of an average RV, 150 feet from the property line. The image below shows what this would look like WITHOUT a fence.
