Capturing motion is difficult, but capturing every detail is harder.
Dynamic scene understanding requires more than simply tracking movement. Preserving fine object boundaries, maintaining temporal consistency, and accurately representing complex motion remain significant challenges for existing approaches.
In Space-Time Gaussian Surfels for High-Fidelity Dynamic Objects Segmentation and Representation, Xiaoyun Zheng, Xufeng Li, Liwei Liao, Feng Gao, Shiqi Wang, and Ronggang Wang introduce ST-ObjGS, a novel framework that achieves accurate, temporally consistent 4D object segmentation and representation in complex dynamic scenes.
The result is sharper boundaries, improved geometric accuracy, and high-fidelity reconstruction of moving objects over time.

What should I do if my paper is rejected?
If a paper is rejected, the decision letter explains the reasoning and may include helpful suggestions. Many authors use this feedback to strengthen their work before submitting to another publication.
