Why CrossFit?

Here’s my sales pitch:

Love.

I have coached a youth basketball program, junior high camps, both boys and girls high school,. I’ve taught second grade and third grade students. I’ve coached from ages five years old to 75 years old in the fitness industry. Every person I have ever coached or taught has one thing in common. They want to be loved in some capacity. That is what I believe CrossFit does. You are seen by a coach and fellow members. You are able to see personal growth and have other people around you that are going to push you to do things that you never thought you would. The methodology of Crossfit 100% works. I’ve seen it at all age levels. But some thing I am more certain of is that community works. Being a part of a community that all attempt something difficult at the same time brings people closer together and increases the level of personal gain more so than anything I’ve ever seen, except for Jesus.

Our new membership includes 24 hour access, a climate controlled facility, CrossFit classes 5x a day, strength and conditioning program, functional fit program, and a coach that will help you achieve whatever fitness journey you’re looking for.
