I want to extend my gratitude to everyone who came out in support of our official campaign launch last Saturday. I am especially grateful for your generous donations to our friends at The Lord's Diner . We believe that politics shouldn’t be about red versus blue, it should be about who is best working for our community and representing the needs of everyone, not just their donors.

In our campaign launch, we declared war on the injustices and inequality we see in our community. We are fighting for a Kansas where everyone in our community makes a living wage. A Kansas where everyone has access to affordable healthcare. A Kansas where public schools are the bastion of opportunity and upward mobility that they were promised to be.

Hey everyone! Today we are launching our official rally for our campaign for state representative at 3pm downtown at the Pritchett Pavillion. We will have a couple phenomenal guest speakers, live music from local artists, snacks, and plenty of chances to discuss our future as Kansans!

I was born and raised here in Pittsburg and my worldview was molded by my single mom fighting for every opportunity I've had. I have worked my way out of poverty and I want to bring a working-class voice to the commission focused on affordability. We desperately need property tax reform, more options for housing and childcare, accessible public infrastructure, more support for our small businesses, and better protections for renters.
