The sale includes all ice cream equipment and manuals, walk-in combo with condenser, lighted name sign, stainless steel work tables, all frozen cake making equipment, plus some pieces of nostalgia and more (You will get a list of all equipment). You will have every piece of equipment that you need to open an ice cream shop plus a fully equipped portable lemonade stand.

All inventory which includes everything you need to open the ice cream shop (minus perishable items), cups, lids, napkins, straws, non-perishable items, etc. Some office equipment and storage cabinets.

All hard ice cream recipes plus proprietary information on making the ice cream rich and creamy (equivalent to a local well-known creamery).

All proprietary information on setting up the soft serve machines to make the soft serve richer and creamier than the competitors.

You will be trained on the full operation of owning a successful ice cream shop along with the vendors and which brands to use and those not to use.

The purchase will include the website, domains, all social media, the name, recipes, proprietary information, and customer lists.

Training will be provided on operating the machines, making the hard ice cream, layout of equipment and counters for efficiency of serving customers.

After the training period, support through phone calls and periodic meetings for 1 year from the date of sale.
