Guess where we were recently? Talking housing and homeownership with Rep. Shontel Brown at her 3rd Annual Housing Expo & Conference! 🎉
Our Cleveland Community Development team connected with future and current homeowners, shared tips on credit and mortgages, and answered questions about our Homeownership Program. Our VP of Community Development Dorothy Curtis even joined the expert panel onstage talking about accessible financial resources for housing!

When Yvonne Spencer arrived for what she thought was a routine lunch, she had no idea she was about to be named Dollar Bank's 2026 Inclusion Champion.
"Never, ever in my wildest dreams did I think I would receive this award," she shared. "Hearing the comments from the nominations filled my heart to bursting."
It's easy to understand why so many colleagues nominated her. Whether she's supporting employees through Employee Resource Networks, mentoring coworkers, volunteering to help wherever needed or guiding first-time homebuyers through Dollar Bank's Homeownership Program, Yvonne consistently creates an environment where people feel valued, respected and included.
Her commitment to helping others extends far beyond her role as a Senior Mortgage Specialist Processor. She leads with kindness, welcomes everyone and demonstrates every day what it means to live our value of inclusion.
