Well sometimes .. Happy Birthday to these two lucky kits!
First time momma made a beautiful nest... checked and two fat healthy babies... never did I think I should check the floor....
60 degree day... cleaning cages, sweeping the floor..find a cold kit in the hay on the floor. How I didn't step on him/her is beyond me.... cold and barely moving... rush upstairs and grab the hairdryer..... decide I should check the floor again... ANOTHER one!. WARMED BOTH UP AND HERE WE ARE!
Ready to go back in the nest where they belong!.
