"Busy behind the scenes" is an understatement.
Today, we've patched walls, held interviews and training sessions, closer to fine-tuning our kitchen layout and order flow, prepped, ordered inventory, coordinated deliveries, built new systems, and checked off countless other tasks.
Every day we're getting a little closer. We're even starting to brainstorm ideas for the grand opening—performances, dance-offs, comedy... we'll see! 😄
