Today, my heart is full.

Householder Books began with just one book - Donut - which provided encouragement, direction, and hope to 2,000 teenagers in Nigeria.

That little step - taken over 10 years ago - became the seed of something more significant.

I took my own advice: focus on living a fulfilled life. And in doing so, God opened a door to serve children and families in ways I never imagined.

Many vital lessons later, the mission remains simple and clear: Create books and interactive resources that inspire, delight, and empower children and their families.

And we’re thankful for the stories we’ve created, the young readers we’ve reached, the parents and educators who believe in what we do, and the members of our Household - creatives, authors, illustrators, editors, consultants and vendors - who turn ideas into beautiful pages and make it all happen!

Every step is guided by God’s grace and strengthened by people who pray for us and tell others about us. You have helped make Householder Books a home for stories that inspire and empower.

But we’re not done.

There is still so much ahead - and our vats are bursting at its seams with ideas. We have learned a lot and have more meaningful work to pursue - more stories to tell, more families to reach. We’re creating several exciting new projects and preparing for an even bigger year of impact.
