PERU JC SCOPE First Responder Training
JC SCOPE provides free continuing education to first responders in Jefferson County, Ohio.

Join us for our next set of SCOPE Trainings!
The Jefferson County SCOPE Training trains first responders (emergency medical services (EMS) personnel and firefighters) and all other agency staff to improve access and utilization of naloxone and facilitate effective connection of patients with opioid use disorder (OUD) to treatment and nontreatment resources following the recovery-oriented systems of care model.
It is FREE and participating agencies may be eligible for reimbursement for each participant. The training course is approved by the Commission on Accreditation for Prehospital Continuing Education (CAPCE) for four continuing education hours.

October 23 (9am-1 pm) at Short Creek FD
November 8 (5pm - 9pm) at Tiltonsville VFD
November 18 ( 9am- 1pm) at Yorkville FD

A big shout out and thank you to the volunteers from Richmond Volunteer Fire & Rescue Company and Unionport Vol Fire Dept. who attended our Jefferson County Strategies to Coordinate Overdose Prevention Efforts (JCSCOPE) First Responder Training in Ohio.
