The project: deck construction with galvanized tension cable railing.

Problem solved: This house sits on a hill. The water was hitting the house, and running downhill. The previous deck sat on top of a retaining wall, which was washed away from water. All new drainage system was put in to collect water and redirect from the house. The retaining wall was eliminated.
