This guest house new build took over a year to complete . We hoped to remodel the existing cottage but the demolition revealed too much rot to preserve the original structure . The client wanted a cottage that opened to the outdoors and provided a warm and inviting space for family and friends. The interior was to be a cohesive flow to the main historic farmhouse. Thanks to the skill of some very talented carpenters Wallace Construction our designs came to life beautifully. The addition of a first floor master bedroom and bath , functional kitchen and second floor loft turned into the perfect guest house! The client’s favorite color blue. Photography Rachel Thatcher

One of our current projects is finishing this raw attic space in a historic 18th century farm house. We were asked to create a comfortable guest suite with a bathroom , ample storage and a seating area. Attached are some of the conceptual design renderings. Construction is underway and our bathroom is almost completed. More photos to follow.
