Starting on the help desk and moving through roles in the NOC, site leadership, and now Platform Manager, Mike has continuously evolved alongside the technology and teams he supports.

He has helped build systems from the ground up, led early 1-to-1 initiatives, and supported our customer districts through meaningful change.

Mike’s ability to learn, adapt, and collaborate has made him a trusted resource across the organization and someone others consistently rely on.

Join us in celebrating Sarah Cilia on her 10th anniversary with Questeq!

Sarah began her career as a part-time help desk team member, supporting our school district customers. Ten years later, she’s still showing up with the same calm, friendly energy that makes her a go-to for colleagues and customers alike.

She has grown alongside the technology she supports, and her work continues to reflect Questeq’s values of consistency, care, and collaboration.

Brad Klingelhoefer may not seek the spotlight, but his work has made a lasting difference.

Over 20 years with Questeq, Brad has helped transform learning environments across Western Pennsylvania, most recently leading ACLD Tillotson School to become a fully modern, connected system that empowers staff and students alike.

In December, we had the privilege of hosting a special lunch for the inaugural members of the Keystones of Questeq.

A keystone is the stone that holds an entire structure together. Without it, the arch cannot stand. That’s exactly what this group represents.

With an average tenure of 23 years, these individuals have demonstrated extraordinary commitment, loyalty, and service, helping shape Questeq into what it is today.

Their impact isn’t measured by titles or milestones, but by trust built, relationships formed, and a legacy that continues to guide us forward.

We are grateful for the foundation they have helped build, and even more grateful for the example they continue to set.
