Dr. Wendy King publishes paper on health risks of weight regain after bariatric surgery in JAMA - Epidemiology Data Center University of Pittsburgh Dr. King, along with senior author EDC Co-Director Steven Belle, found that measuring the percentage of weight regained following the maximum amount of weight lost after bariatric surgery can help predict a patient's risk of several serious health problems.
