Whether it's a new job, a new friendship, or a new life goal; starting over can be scary. It doesn't have to be if you chose the right perspective. Leaving a long-time position can be scary for sure, but with the proper mindset, amazing things can come of it. Every day I thank God and my "Lucky Penny" for the encouragement and strength to Start Over. To my friends and colleagues who find themselves on this path to starting over...Remember to RISE ABOVE and know you may be starting over...but this time it's with experience.
