This deck in Verona was held together by luck… Complete tear down and rebuild with yellawood 5/4 deck boards and treated railings and balusters

These decks were about to be over the hill… we replaced them with Timbertech composite deck boards with traditional white vinyl railings on top of a monolithic concrete footing and pads
