Next up for the project list of 2024 was the replacement of these railings, new steps and a fresh coat of paint on the walls. From a very outdated railing with rod iron balusters to a fresh all black red oak railing. Quite the classy look wouldn’t you say?

Looking at this space now compared to what it was is absolutely mind blowing.

Between our crew and the subcontractors, there’s roughly 600 man hours into this project and we absolutely changed the dynamic of the whole house. From an outdated and partially worked on kitchen and dining room, torn to the studs and then built into an area for everyone to enjoy all together! We and the homeowners couldn’t be happier with the outcome.
