Kelly believes that clients are at the center of their own treatment and uses her time with clients to create realistic and attainable goals.

Kelly enjoys spending time with her family & her adorable dogs, reading, attending rock, metal & punk music concerts and festivals. She also enjoys going to musical theater shows, getting tattoos and traveling.

🌿 What is a message you wish more people heard about mental health? Even people who seem like they have it all together can need help too. It’s okay to not be okay.

💬 How would you describe your style as a therapist? I am approachable and meet clients where they are in their journey to wellness. I try to empower clients to take control of the things they can in their lives and to accept those they cannot.
